HOW TO CUT AND SEW A PERFECT OFF SHOULDER SLEEVE

Welcome to another amazing tutorial! I know every time you try to sew an off sleeve it goes way way off the shoulder...It doesn't even stay near the shoulder at all and this is so frustrating. I have had my fair share of off shoulder sleeves literally falling off my shoulder till i decided enough is enough and figured out the trick to sewing a perfect OFF SHOULDER SLEEVE. Check it out!
