HOW TO CUT AND SEW A DOUBLE BREASTED HALTER NECK BLOUSE

Hi guys...!

Today's tutorial is on how to cut and sew a double breasted halter blouse and take this from me its very easy to cut ans sew.
If i told you that this is the first time i am cutting and sewing this blouse will you believe me? No right? I knew you will say that! Well its my first time and that shows how simple it is to cut. Don't use a very soft fabric for this style it will give you issues...take it from someone that suffered from use very soft fabric.
