Welcome back! There are different variety of flares and more will come as time goes by and fashion evolve. A handkerchief flare is one that has been around for a long time because i had a handkerchief skirt when i was twelve years old and i wore it till it tore😂😂😂! Maybe 🤔its the whole draped feel and bouncy movement that makes it stand out from other flares. In this tutorial i showed how to cut a full handkerchief flare.
